Location: Jenness Park in Cold Springs, CA
Cost: $150 per person

REGISTRATION
1) To ensure your spot at the retreat, youth leaders and/or Pastors must pay a deposit of $30 per person ON or BEFORE April 30th. Please download the Church Registration Form below and mail in with check. Deposits are non-refundable.
2) ALL forms (registration and health) and final payments must be turned in before the June 30th deadline. Anything received after this date will be considered LATE and additional fees will be added. All fees (late and regular) are non-refundable.
-STUDENTS: All students must turn in a Student Registration Form,
Personal Consent Form and Parental Consent Form.
-COUNSELORS: All counselors must turn in a Counselor Registration Form,
Personal Consent Form, and a Pastoral Consent Form.
-PASTORS/LEADERS: All leaders and pastors must turn in a
Pastor/Leader Registration Form and Personal Consent Form.
-ALL Attendees MUST turn in both pages of the JENNESS HEALTH FORMS

3) LATE FEES: $100 added to the $150 Registration Fee. Late Registration will cost $250 per person.
4) Because this is a first come first served process. If spaces fill up before the deadline, registration will close immediately.
